Accepted  Methods  of  Payment:  We  accept  Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American  Express,  and  Discover.  We  also  
Accept  personal  checks  with  a  10  day  holding  period  to  clear.


Shipping  Time:  The  time  needed  to  ship  merchandise  will  vary  depending  on  the  shipment’s  location  and  the  
particular  time  of  year,  as  well  as  the  shipping  destination.  Customers  should  allow  for  4-10  business  days  for
any  particular  delivery.


Damaged  Shipments:  Damaged  shipments  from  handling  must  be  claimed  with  the  freight  carrier.  Missing  packages  
or  damaged  boxes  must  be  reported  immediately  to  the  delivery  company  to  file  a  claim.  Hidden  damage  from  
shipping  must  also  be  filed  through  the  shipping  company.  All  shipments  are  inspected  for  damages  before  
shipping  and  we  are  not  responsible  for  any  damages  caused  by  shipping.


Warranty  Terms  &  Conditions:  All  products  covered  by  manufacturer  warranties  are  limited  to  the  cost  of  replacement,
parts, pieces, or  equipment.  Most  problems  can  be  easily  fixed  or  repaired  by  providing  replacement  parts, such  as  
batteries, cables, fuses, controllers, etc.  In  certain  cases, we  may  require  proof  of  non-functional  products  or  damages  
such  as  photos  or  returned  parts.  We  do  not  generally  replace  products  that  can  be  remedied  by  replacement  parts.
When  a  product  must  be  replaced,  we  will  contact  the  customer  and  make  arrangements  for  an  exchange.  In  certain  
cases, we  may  allow   a  refund.  Specialty  Scooters  Online  does  not  guarantee  any  particular  outcome  on  product  
warranties  as  they  are  handled  by  the  product  distributors.


Manufacturer’s  Defects:  If  a  product  appears  to  have  a  serious  defect  from  the  manufacturer, please  contact  us.
We  will  contact  the  distributor  of  this  product  and  report  the  problem  to  them  immediately.  It  is  the  sole  
responsibility  of  the  distributor  and/or  manufacturer  of  each  product  to  resolve  these  issues.  Specialty  Scooters  Online  
is  not  responsible  for  any  damages  or  injuries  incurred  by  manufacturer  defects.


Returns:  All  product  returns  must  be  authorized  by  Specialty  Scooters  Online.  All  defective  products  will  be  replaced
or  repaired  by  individual  distributors.  In  certain  cases,  the  purchase  price  will  be  refunded  on  the  condition  that  the
item  is  returned  in  “as  sold”  condition  and  has  not  been  altered  or  tampered  with  in  any  way.  In  most  cases,  it  is
the  responsibility  of  the  purchaser  of  any  particular  product  to  assure  that  the  product  is  returned  to  the  distributor.  
in  addition,  there  will  be  a  restocking  fee  on  any  non-defective  products  returned  (up  to  25%  depending  on  the  
product).    There  will  be  a  7%  cancellation  fee  for  any  orders  that  are  canceled  after  having  been  approved  by  our

Privacy



Information  Collected:  Specialty  Scooters  Online  may  collect  certain  private  information  to  help  expedite  and  ship  
Any  orders  made  on  our  online  store.  We  will  generally  require  a  customer’s  name, shipping  address, e-mail, contact
Telephone  numbers, and/or  any  other  information  required  to  process  the  sale  and  ship  the  product.  We  never  collect
Credit  card  information  or  payment  processing  information  as  we  use  Authorize.net  as  our  online  Payment  Gateway  
Provider.  Your  personal  information  will  never  be  stored  on  our  website  or  provided  to  an  outside  source.  We  respect
Our  customer’s  privacy  and  will  never  give  out  personal  information.  We  store  all  paper  records  for  7  years.


E-mail  Solicitation:  We  reserve  the  right  to  send  out  “Special  Offer”  e-mails  to  our  customers.  We  will  never  use
The  telephone  number  or  delivery  address  for  solicitation  purposes.
